Fill out request form
Please fill in all required fields in our request form. You can find the request form under the instructions on this page.

Receive binding offer
TrekPack will send you a binding offer by email within 24 hours (binding period 4 days).

pay by bank transfer
If the offer is accepted, payment should be made within the binding period.

Receive confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of payment from us, so your reservation is guaranteed.

Up to 14 days before delivery, the order can be canceled free of charge.
Rental incl. shipping is possible up to 3 days before delivery date.
Rent with pickup is possible within 24 hours before pickup date.
